These programs will only bring a sustainability program so far.To get to the next level, leadership engagement is required.The Healthier Hospitals program has refreshed its engaged leadership challenge – consider it a prequel.The two-part goal starts with a step by step approach to help make the case to leadership for their support in taking departmental and pockets of success and using Healthier Hospitals additional goals to create a foundation for a long term commitment.
