Partnerships with community organizations can help advance sustainability efforts within a hospital and build healthier communities. In this session, a physician, a dietitian, and a human resources professional will share their strategies and experience building community partnerships with examples of how such partnerships have advanced sustainability within their organizations, engaged employees and promoted healthier patients, staff and communities.
