Making the Case to Leadership with Practice Greenhealth - August 2017
Recorded On: 08/08/2017
Most sustainability programs start from a variety of individuals from a variety of departments. There is no shortage of passionate people that have figured out creative ways to go green, often as volunteers and off their regular work hours. These programs will only bring a sustainability program so far. To get to the next level, leadership engagement is required. Practice Greenhealth has refreshed its engaged leadership challenge – consider it a prequel. The two-part goal starts with a step by step approach to help make the case to leadership for their support in taking departmental and pockets of success and using goals to create a foundation for a long term commitment.
Join Practice Greenhealth’s Janet Howard for a review of the challenge goals, its associated tools and step by step guidance on how to use the Engaged Leadership challenge to do just that – engage leadership! Join us!
