Session Description
The Menu of Options panel will provide participants with information about how hospitals and health systems have committed to improving their food service operations, purchasing and serving healthier food to their patients, staff and the community, and how their efforts contribute to building a healthier food system. Participants will also hear about ways in which sustainable food service activities can be tracked for progress and environmental health impacts.
