Session Description 

Ever wondered why sustainability leaders report? Because it's a valuable management tool! In this ninety-minute session, we will discuss the benefits of leveraging reporting frameworks such as SASB and GRI and how they help leaders in health care focus on what matters and organize for success. The panel will feature valued perspectives from across the health care supply chain. In a workshop format, together we will learn how to leverage the GRI and SASB framework as management tools; employ the GRI's Process for Defining Report Content and utilize the SASB standards to identify and prioritize impacts for reporting; recognize opportunities related to material topics; and connect sustainability goals to a broader business model.
