CM13B1 - A Full-Circle Approach To Food: Procurement Employee Education, And Waste Reduction
In this presentation, we will share our road map for our full-circle approach to our food policies and practices: the key elements of our food procurement guidelines and the process through which they were developed and adopted; our approach to establishing a "food value analysis committee"; our employee engagement programs; our expansion of our food waste reduction programs including instituting reusable service ware, pre- and post-consumer composting, and food donation; and educational programming for clinicians.
