The webinar will focus on how to conduct a survey to gauge employee interest and engagement in sustainability. It will review techniques for designing and implementing the survey to get information that is complete and relevant, using Inova's story as a practical case study.

Carolyn Billetdeaux, Sustainability Associate, Inova Health

Carolyn Billetdeaux holds the title of Sustainability Associate within Inova Health System's Office of Sustainability. In this role, she helps guide the broad-scale implementation of sustainability initiatives.
Carolyn’s expertise lies in communicating and engaging with different stakeholder groups on a variety of sustainability topics. She was educated at New York University’s Stern School of Business, where she studied Management & Organizational Behavior and International Business.
